Fort Sumter

THAAAAAT'S RIGHT MY FRIENDS! I went to Fort Sumter today and the place is amazing! I highly recommend that you all take a visit if you're ever in the area. It's relatively cheap to take the tour and lasts about two hours. I'll have pictures uploaded later, but for now, here's a quick video of a mortar shell stuck in the wall after the bombardment during the civil war. Enjoy!

UPDATE

Thank you, Geoffrey, for uploading the files for the slide show of my trip to Fort Sumter. Click Here for some pretty neat pictures.

No prob on the slideshow.

Seems like a pretty neat place, even if you're not into the whole history thing.

Yeah man, it's amazing. You don't really have to be into history to be able to appreciate the fact that this place was bombarded over 100 years ago and it's still standing! The very same bricks has survived all of that and countless hurricanes. Amazing place.
